The only reason for the low review is the same as all the other reviews that I have read. If Norton would put out quartile upgrades or emergency patches that would be ok. It seems every time I turn my computer on there is something that Norton is wanting/asking me to add on. I did not have this problem with the other security program I used. The only other thing that I do not like is when Norton sends me a renewal notice they are charging me allot more than I can go to Amazon and buy it. The last Renewal I declined and bought one from Amazon. Everything stayed the same on my account and I did not loose anything from my password vault.

I agree with all the reviews that find extras mid contract both confusing and expensive. If I have bought computer safety then it should include all the required effects to keep us secure. I find the expense and intrusion almost weekly unacceptable.

I so agree, too many interruptions updates are constantly outdated, after being updated. I don't know why so many additional charges after the subscription has been paid for. Too much for a retired senior.
I've been a 40 + yr Norton subscriber and I agree and very confusing to have add on offers come part way thru subscription - not clear what's covered initially to even have to do add-ons! Norton used to be full service without a hundred add-on requests!!!!

I agree with Ms Ellicott. I purchased this protection because initially it looked better then my previous protection. It started looking like a bargain. It now costs me the same as the other competitors. The difference is that the other one included everything from the get-go!
I agree as well, it is annoying to have to continually deal with Nortons requests - I get no time for the actual work I am here to do. When you sell a package Norton should update regularly itself with new protective extensions, that is what was sold to us. I got the same basic protection with a free security package years ago
