Ever since I have had a computer, I have had Norton. I am a senior, computer literate for my age, but Norton keeps getting more and more sophiscated and difficult to understand. I will probably not renew my 360 for this reason. Even on my cell phone, I finally figured it out before their people could.
Norton has reported several intrusions and one direct attack. I will always have Norton installed. It is the Home Owners insurance on my commuter with armed guards.
Don't make me use Yahoo search. I want Google. Stupid Norton.
I bought this system when i got a brand new laptop. I am trying to do my school work, and it is blocking me from my school's website! I download whatever Norton says they need, and they keep popping up -- so annoying! I get 3 more devices with free subscriptions and I am going to pass. Do not infect your devices with this garbage! I have used Norton for about 10 years, but not anymore! Does anyone have a GOOD antivirus software program they recommend? My desktop uses webroot.
IRONIC! The ONLY positive I've read about Norton, are the refreshingly honest opinions of everyone NOT endorsing Norton's extension or for Chrome Browser. Thanks to each of you for taking the time to text your comments. The collective "you," truly helped this end-user. Please keep that in mind. Either endorsing or explaining why you do not endorse, is well worth the time and effort. This time, "you" helped at least one family avoid hours (days?) of misery. Please continue putting forth the good Karma. Positive or negative does not matter... Good Karma was each of you taking the time. I just want to "take the time" to let you know, it was appreciated. May the comments of others help each of you as much as you have helped us.

Totally horrible. I try to fix the bold red "You are at risk", but it constantly wants me to download all extensions. When I click on fix now, it states I am protected, but the extension graphics are blurred and in red? I prefer Google, not Norton home page, nor the password manager, etc. Preferred the old Norton. Plus the constant email to download the 360 is not free. It is for the remainder of your subscription but you have to agree to $160+ to renew. Not worth it. I'm very disappointed with Norton. I will be looking for something else.
Multiple problems. Forced me to change password three times. Then another person's email populates when I try to sign in. I use Google Chrome as my search engine. Now they want me to delete ilt!? Then also had to go through the Robot routine. Photos hard to see. Want to add Norton to my lap top and mobile too but I can't even get my desktop to update. Do I need to find other protection?
Never installs. Just shows "waiting". Tried to download several times with same results.
Produit norton compliqué, inutilisable, lent, prend trop de place. Blah!
