It will help you optimize your video viewing by allowing you to make quick playback speed adjustments, as well as rewind the video to hear the last few second one more time. We don't read at a constant speed, and we talk much slower than we read - there is no reason why we have to listen at a constant speed and at a (very) slow rate.
Once the extension is installed simply navigate to any page that offers HTML5 video, and you'll see a speed indicator in top left corner of the video player. Hover over the indicator to reveal the controls to accelerate, slowdown, or rewind the video (10 seconds + lowers playback speed). Or, even better, use your keyboard:
- S - decrease playback speed.
- D - increase playback speed.
- R - reset playback speed.

Used to work well but frequently disabled by Chrome because it's corrupted :(
I love this extension, and use it constantly. Until a week or so ago... It stopped working (i.e. the controls disappeared), and when I investigated, Chrome said the extension was corrupted/damaged (I forget the exact word). It starts working again after repairing or reinstalling the extension...but that's a pain.
from time to time this this stops working and i need to re-install. could you please fix this bug?
It is awesome but I have to enable it like every day for the last month. Something is wrong.
This app has been corrupted (literally).This went from my all time 5 star, most useful app, to not great. I repeat, this app has been corrupted, so chrome automatically uninstalls it and you have to de-bug it every time..not exactly safe. It stops working about once a week, and when I recommended it to others, they told me the same "It doesn't work for me" I have to find a new extension, but I wish you would fix your app instead. :(
Love this extension but its been crushing a lot lately, please fix~
Like other reviewers stated, this extension continually gets corrupted and requires repair after several uses. Please troubleshoot! 4/5 stars.

This used to be the best extension ever, but now, unfortunately I have to "enable" because it is constantly being disabled for some reason...
extensão indispensável, excelente ferramenta. Mas... mas... às vezes se desinstala do nada. Mais alguém com esse problema?
