This is an open-source extension that changes homepage of Youtube (only search bar) and drops recommendations/comments from other pages.
Extension requires access to Youtube website to change its outlook.
Extension icon opens a popup with an option to show/hide the comments section of a video (to check timestamps in comments, for example). In the latest version, an option to temporarily disable the extension was added.
You can hover over the YouTube logo to access the navigation menu – playlists, liked videos, watch history, etc.

I love it giving 3 star so the dev. can read my review. please add support for playlists. when i click on a playlist only one video plays, i want it in playlist format.

love it! i've tried a bunch of similar extensions but this is by far the most distraction free
Awsome!!
Works really well. The only issue that I have is when I'm watching a playlist, I'd like to be able to see the list. This extension blocks out that list.
