The extension comes with 2 feed readers predefined (Bloglines and My Yahoo) but also allows you to add any web-based feed reader of your choice to the list.

It works. The only issue I get is that on some sites, for no apparent reason, the subscribe box reveals itself very slowly and jittery, it looks like it has parkinsons. It does work though so no complaints apart from the presentation.
Flickers and uses up CPU on OSX
The UI has some rough edges, but the extension works fine.
شكرا جوجل والى مزيدا ً من التقدم
This isn't a one click subscription. I still have to go to a new page to subscribe, and then I have to confirm the subcription in Reader.
Perfect for finding buried or obscured RSS feeds on web sites.

Why is this an extension? I would think it be available by default in the browser (chrome), as in: Built-In option/capability. I get annoyed having to go to Google Reader each time. I recall when it did ship with early Chrome versions. Wish it was still that way. Also, its only for online readers - no offline RSS reader capability (that I know of), which sucks. There's nothing special about this add on - it's just the same orange RSS linky thing in the address bar that usually comes standard in all the other major browsers (FF, IE, etc.). UPDATE: Deleted 1 star since I've recently noticed a big increase with spammy junk related to this extension. Looking elsewhere now.
