This extension auto-detects RSS feeds on the page you are reading and upon finding one will display an RSS icon in the Omnibox, allowing you to click on it to preview the feed content and subscribe.
The extension comes with 2 feed readers predefined (Bloglines and My Yahoo) but also allows you to add any web-based feed reader of your choice to the list.

The plugin works well for the most part, but for me it occasionally completely bugs out on mac.. The speech bubble shaped window will pop up and jitter uncontrollably as it attempts to animate open. It will hide if you click elsewhere, but if you click the RSS icon again on any page, it will appear in the weird jittery mode. You will then be unable to hide the Chrome application, because as soon as you hide the application it reappears with the jitter bug. jitter bug, jitter bug!
no google reader? wtf
What the hell Google? It's buggy! Lovely that you wanted to modularize your browser so much that RSS subscriptions are done via an extension but this works poorly. How about including some batteries with your product? 9/10 users will not find this extension. Like others have said it starts flickering and eats CPU. Can provide a demo video if wanted.

Pessima! Permette solo di gestire feed con servizi esterni. Bad! Only allows you to manage feeds with external services.
Is this extension still alive and kicking? Today all I get is "loading..." and console error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '209' of undefined". I want to test the manually added "subscribe with Feedly" (instead of Google Reader) feature.
