MailTag combines all the imperative functions of an email organizer, and alleviates the stress of trying to keep track of multiple project/thought streams in a singular inbox. Like many, I don't always have time to organize my emails as often as I'd like to, but MailTag plays a key role in keeping my life coordinated. Email tracking, scheduling, and automation are entirely underrated features that I didn't appreciate until I relied on them. I would highly recommend MailTag to others who struggle to stay on top of their inbox.
Finally an email add-in that has value! This has made my inbox so much more productive. I no longer have to worry about missing something or forgetting to send a follow up. Can't say enough good things!!!
After initial hiccups and quick customer support i was able to get it working. Love the notification and scheduled emails.
Really enjoying this extension. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while and I’m finally satisfied. Extra points for pleasant customer service and useful blogs.
love this extension, installed in three days ago and can't imagine life without it! i had one question about the Pings feature and customer support replied to me on facebook messenger within 10 minutes and was super helpful. love it, beautiful design too... really appreciate that.
Looks like all their old issues have been resolved, as the app is working perfectly for me. I can't believe I went for so many years without these basic, yet crucial features. Loving this upgrade to gmail.
i wrote the support several times, they dont answer me i cant cancel the subsription and they already charged me 2 month dont use this tool
What a fraud! Stopped working weeks ago, their website is down, and yet they charged my card yesterday!! Google, please shut these guys down!! They are STEALING
NEVER Use this software! The keeping doing fraud and I was forced to change my credit card!
I've used MailTag as a paid subscriber for around a year now. Haven't had any problems until the last 24 hours when the service went down, without warning, not long after taking this month's payment. There's been no communication from MailTag, and support emails have gone unanswered (both by traditional email and through messaging on Facebook). If this outage becomes permanent, I will have lost the data I needed (and relied upon - and paid - them to keep). They'd recently raised over $100,000 in investment funds on Republic, so it's not like they are apparently short of money, but they have had issues with unhappy customers re: trying to cancel the service. That's a long story that you can look into with a simple search. I feel massively let down, given that I supported them right from the get-go. Unfortunately, I'd advise you to avoid them. It's unacceptable for such poor communication (I'd be fine if they'd sent an email letting me know that there's an outage, and that they were working to resolve it.)
