I'll change this rating if it will actually work for the jobs that they post. Not a single job I've saved on their site has allowed the auto-fill feature (which was the selling point of the app). If I wanted to manually fill out all these applications, I would just use indeed.

I'm a user from India and standing to its name, this extension has really 'Simplified' my job application process. It's a wonderful extension that saves lot of time for those actively applying for new jobs. Simply loved it. However, there is some room for improvement, as mentioned below, that can take the experience to the next level. 1. Custom Institute Name - In the profile, users are restricted to choose their School/ Institute from the dropdown list. While this might suit for the users in US, the institutes of India are not listed. It would be great if the users can add a custom school name, which is not in the dropdown list. 2. Multiple Resume Upload - Quite often, applicants are open to multiple profiles (Ex: Product Management, Project Management, Consulting etc.), each of which might have a different resume to highlight the relevant skills. While applying for a job, Simplify can simply ask which profile to be chosen for a particular job application and fill the relevant info. accordingly. 3. On Job Application Page, despite Simplify auto filling the application details, many platforms (esp. Workday) is not recognising that the field has been filled. So, we are unable to move seamlessly to the next page as Workday says that mandatory fields are not filled. We have to simply navigate to those fields again and move to the next fields so that the system recognises that input has been given. Please incorporate these and it would certainly further enhance the speed of applications and improve user experience. Thank you. Best Wishes.
