It's a great tool that practically eliminates the repeated filling out of the basic information in job applications. It's also fun to watch the form getting filled out field by field. There is also an AI tool to answer the "Why do you want to work with us" questions. I haven't used it because I like to make those personal. I highly suggest it to job seekers.

This app has been a total game changer and saved me so much time and hassle with job applications. I've been recommending it to everyone I know who's job hunting because it's just that useful, especially considering the free version has so many features. That said, there are some issues to watch out for. I've noticed it struggles with certain common questions in Workday applications - definitely room for improvement there. There's supposedly a "Custom Questions" feature that might help with this, but I haven't figured out how to use it yet and it's not very user-friendly. I also had a pretty big issue yesterday where it filled in the wrong graduate degree on an important application. I didn't catch it before submitting and had to email HR to try to get it fixed (still waiting to hear back...). Because of this, I'll need to carefully review everything it fills in from now on, which is going to slow things down a bit. Despite these drawbacks, I'm still a big fan overall. Even with having to double-check its work, it's saved me from so much tedious form-filling that I think it deserves 4 out of 5 stars. The free tier is surprisingly generous with features - just remember to verify the important stuff before hitting submit. [Disclaimer: If this sounds a little polished, I used AI to clean it up in the interest of time . But these are my thoughts and I am a real customer with hundreds of Simplify assisted applications under my belt]
