This extension will open a Compose window in Gmail when you click any email address on a webpage. It also provides a button that will create a Gmail message when clicked, using the page title as the subject and selected page text and link address as the message. For setting the domain name of your "Google Apps for your domain" account, click Options.

It's awesome! I added it to my Mom's Chrome browser since she would forget to add the link when writing an email about something she wanted people to see. "Check this out!" and there would be no link. So now she uses this and it adds the link for her. Saves her a lot of time and we all get emails with correct links in them. I now use it on my computer too :)
This was touted as a way to respond to email links and use gmail, but it's not. It just opens a blank email form and I still have to copy and paste the email address. Why bother?

Use this a lot! Great little shortcut.
Use it all the time to create "bookmarks" of my browsing by sending links to my own email. I need an option to send to myself immediately, without getting slow email page

THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED IS THE ICON DISAPPEARED LEAVING A 'PUZZLE' ICON = I THINK IT'S BECAUSE OF THE IOBIT CLEANER I INSTALLED.THO' I'M NOT SO SURE! LISA
This works more or less like advertised, but I agree with other reviewers that this could be a smoother, built-in experience. Composing email in the full width of the browser window, is often awkward. Also, this extension seems to conflict with various other extensions almost every time I launch Chrome, slowing everything to a crawl. (To fix it, I have to force quit the extension from Task Manager and reload.)
