This extension will open a Compose window in Gmail when you click any email address on a webpage. It also provides a button that will create a Gmail message when clicked, using the page title as the subject and selected page text and link address as the message. For setting the domain name of your "Google Apps for your domain" account, click Options.

This is great, but how in the hell is not built in by default with Chrome. Go home Google youre drunk.
This extention caused my volume mixer to mute all my videos, waste of time. Don't download it.
Needs to provide the option to send link from an Outlook account.

Thanks! Great extension. One thing I noticed is that the keyboard shortcut stops working once I hide the icon from the panel. It only works when I keep the icon up there.

Love this! Use it every day and it works without fail. Perfect. and on all computers at the office.
Doesn't work for me. Two computers with Windows 8.1. On one the Metro mail app opens when i click a mailto: link and on the other nothing happens.
I use it every day. I share lots of links with my family. This one is essential for me.
