I really like it. It's taken my time to complete an eval's paperwork from ~ 30 minutes down to ~ 8 minutes. Daily notes are done even more quickly. There are a few small errors here and there to correct, but generally it does a good job. It's nice to not have to stay late to complete notes and paperwork at the end of the day.

Really good overall. Sometimes has trouble with mic when another notification occurs. Mic shuts off/fails. Also restricts other apps from producing sound such as a timer or metronome. All are minor issues. Saves a lot of time. Well worth it!

Mic connection issues daily. Has absolutely lengthened my total time doing notes, NOT reduced by 95% as promised. We've been using it for 5 months at this point so it's not a learning curve thing. Only thing it cuts down on is my cognitive capacity from not having to think anymore. Definitely puts out a good enough note for reimbursement/compliance use, but increasingly useless for my fellow clinicians to followup on another's treatment as the AI does not yet know what's actually important to put and just dumps everything in there. Like, you don't have to notate that I used lotion during STM!

I do really like it but I am dissapointed that it continues to change the short and long term goals so when time comes for progress note the original goals are not there. Extremely frustrating!!

This program has effectively doubled my documentation time due to all of the errors it creates. Falls far below the promise of reducing documentation time by 90%. Update 6/16/26: Still makes life harder. Inconsistent performance, and often will not populate my strength & ROM numbers in my evaluations, so I have to type it in manually anyway. Adds stuff that makes no sense routinely. Part of the issue may be that it is supposed to integrate with Clinicient, which is a sub-par program to begin with. Although apparently it has helped with compliance, I echo other reviews noting that it complicates communication between clinicians. I'm scheduled for 36 hours in-clinic. Before Comprehend was pushed on us, I probably worked ~40 hrs/week total with documentation. Now it's 50+, and shows no signs of improving (have been using the system since November 1, 2025).

I am very pleased with Comprehend. The time saved is absolutely priceless as I have more time to spend with my family and SLEEP versus waking up at 3AM to TRY to keep up with my documentation only to continuously stay behind on notes. I highly recommend Comprehend!
