Comprehend is awesome! Super simple to use and writes the whole note instantly after listening to each visit. Evals take 3 minutes to do when it used to take 30 minutes. Highly recommended!!!
Comprehend has been a saving grace as far as time spent on notes. Chris has done an excellent job on the education side of things as far as use and utilizing the system specific to our EMR. The other helpful thing is that it integrates directly into my EMR system (PROMPT) without copying and pasting information over. The quality of documentation is much better than any therapist has time to write. Comprehend is worth it and more!
Comprehend has saved me SO MUCH TIME. I can't tell you the mental load that it has lifted-- I no longer feel overwhelmed when I start to get behind in notes in order to take care of other business related topics. I know that when I sit down to do them, I can hammer them out quickly and accurately-- and all the information is already there! You would be foolish not to use this in your clinic.
I have been using Comprehend PT now for about 4 months. Without exaggeration, it is now not only saving me at a very conservative estimate of 10 hours per week of AFTER HOURS paperwork - if not 15+. Additionally, the documentation I am getting done is of much higher quality than doing it by hand. The problem I now face is what to do with the free time!?! If you figure 1 PT visit is worth $70, then 1.5 visits / 1 hour of work pays for Comprehend PT for the month. At minimum this is a 40x-60x value of your time back per month. The developers are great people and take my feedback seriously and are constantly improving the service. The world of AI is the literal wild west and you will have to tweak things to get what you want from it, but it is so worth it. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. *mic drop*
