does not work as advertised. Option to share any label or sublabel does not appear for me.
Essentially a cheap customer relations management tool. I love it.
My legal practice uses the Gmail labels (and the sharing of them) for briefs. Legal teams presiding over a case are all in the know at an instant to any info privy to one of us and it gives us an advantage because no one person is out of the loop. This greatly appreciated and it still amazes me how such simple ideas can make a difference.
