This extension prevents the sites you specify from appearing in Google search results.
You can add rules on search result pages, or on sites to be blocked by clicking the toolbar icon. Rules can be specified either by match patterns (e.g. *://*.example.com/*) or by regular expressions (e.g. /example\.(net|org)/).
You can use this extension in several search engines other than Google. The list of supported search engines is available at:
https://github.com/iorate/ublacklist#supported-search-engines
You can synchronize rulesets across devices via cloud storage. At the moment, Google Drive and Dropbox are supported.
You can also subscribe to public rulesets. Some subscriptions are listed on the website:

Отличное приложение, заблокировал всякие мусорные сайты (coderoad.ru, overcoder.net, progi.pro, stackoverrun.com и т.д) Единственный минус - если в поисковой выдаче есть много заблокированного контента, то страница становится пустой, и на ней остаётся 2-3 сайта. Эта проблема решается изменением настроек поиска и увеличением количества страниц в поисковой выдаче (На странице поиска "Настройки>Настройки поиска")

Перестало скрывать заблокированные сайты из выдачи в поисковике. Обнаружено 28.10.2022. Поясните подробнее, нигде не нашел. Как сделать блокировку по маске. Пример: *://A.B.C/* Если C имеет более 300 значений. Как применить маску, и возможно ли? Значения C известны. Пример: xxx ://12.3456.de ; xxx ://12.3456.com ; xxx ://12.3456.org и так далее.
Great for blocking paywall websites from appearing in Google search results. Hopefully, a future version of uBlacklist will include the ability to block sites from Bing search too.
It has about the same functionality as Google's (defunct) personal blocklist, which means you can't tell it which sites to block. You can only add sites to the blocklist if they show up in a standard google keyword search. So there's no way to say "block pinterest" except by doing searches until a pinterest site shows up, which isn't easy, because you can't block anything found in an image search, or in a keyword search for images, or anything but plain-vanilla keyword search.
