So, having been in sales for many years one of my ever frustrating battles is finding relevant contacts and their emails and phone numbers. I have used several services yet the best by far is ZoomInfo! ZoomInfo provides so much relevant information from org charts to personal phone numbers which in a Pandemic has been the difference in speaking to someone vs trading emails. Thank you ZoomInfo!

The best contact searching, extension, and buying signal app I have utilized. I have tried to use other ai extensions like Lusha, seamless.ai, rocketsearch, etc. and none have been as easy to use and pull lists from that integrate with Salesforce like Zoominfo does. I love how easy the extension is with Linkedin and Salesforce that can get my contact's number and email very quickly. One thing I wish was available is that every lead/contact had a linkedin feature so I can know about their past roles.

Out of all of ZoomInfo's Products, the extension is the best. Things I like: being able to directly export contacts from LinkedIn with the extension open. Sync multiple contacts at once (batch upload can cause issues sometimes and create second account on SF), view of technology being leverage on website. However, I do think there are some rooms for improvement. A few issues: contact's information wont be fully updated or synced correctly. Have to manually edit contact on my system which ends up creating more work if I had not done it manually to begin with (2/10 contacts). Not able to manually edit contact name on the ZoomInfo extension (if i know data is incorrect I am not able to manually edit for my own transfer, only able to flag on the extension). Log In doesnt work seamlessly. There are days where I have to log in multiple times to be logged in (sometimes i am not able to log in at all). There is some sort of issue with it, does not recognize i am trying to log in. For the combination of these reasons I will rate it as "okay." It's nice to have but I could go without it too.

The Zoominfo plugin works great and as advertised. Yes, sometimes the data isn't correct but the plugin feature saves time and is easily accessible. Would recommend installing the plugin for any sales-person.

I'm a multi year user and fan of Zoominfo's app and extension. Highly efficient and informative. Very much increased my gathering of prospect data - individuals and companies. Now quickly exporting into my CRM. I use it everyday. And the accuracy of the data is ever increasing - better than other platforms I've used especially in SMB.

It's convenient ... when it works. The bigger issue is that their data is typically not correct and that's what you're paying for. I don't understand why, but the extension oftentimes doesn't have contact info until you open it up, and even then you're lucky if the data is correct 50% of the time. Old titles, old mobile #s, personal email addresses are in short supply ... and they charge a premium for this service. Shop around folks. There are better services out there.
