The plugin has given a huge quality of life improvement by allowing automated syncing of new data into our CRM, with the ability to request an update to the contact data. I'm in executive search and use this tool on a daily basis. It's had a real impact on productivity and sourcing contact info of target candidates much quicker than having to go through a manual search. So while it's overall a helpful tool, it does occasionally (I'm talking maybe 5-10% of the time) pull the wrong info for some people I am pulling data on. A minor wrinkle in otherwise a great product.

This extension is super convenient to use. It is a quick access to information without having to switch to a new tab. Sometimes the extension does not work and sometimes it will not give me information that I am then able to find on the full ZoomInfo site.

Since getting ZoomInfo I don't know how I ever prospected without it. The Chrome extension is my go to!! I love that it's quick and I can get everything I need in terms of contacts and phone numbers without having to leave the companies website. Also love that it works on LinkedIn.
