The Zoominfo Reachout extension is such a huge help in my day to day prospecting efforts. My team has used the tool for a few years now, and we have noticed that the contact data has improved and gotten more reliable over the years. The ease of exporting contacts directly to Salesforce saves us so much time. Additionally, the integration with their other company Neverbounce gives email us suggestions in case the exact email cant be found.

Pro : Great tool ! - grabbing information easy and efficient, with no need for multiple browser tabs or dual-screen shuffling. - customer service is quick and appreciated. Cons : - Currently nothing much that we dislike being honest. - Credits for exporting contacts do not roll over. For example, if I have 1000 credits a month, if I do not use them, I lose them. I would love it if they were able to roll over.
