I am very disappointed with this extension as they do not honor their offers after purchases. I've had a number of issues of not receiving credit for purchases I've made. They tell me they that my receipts are unreadable after many attempts to submit them for reimbursement. I've scan them in as files. Still according to Ibotta they're unreadable. I've experienced issues with multiple purchases of offers on one receipt and only getting compensated for one item that qualifies and not the other purchases that are offered by Ibotta on the same receipt. I would love to give Ibotta 5 Stars. If Ibotta will endeavor to resolve the issues I current have, I will report back and update.

I really like the app (I actually like using the website more but that's only because my phone and I have a love/hate relationship),\ but, I wish it would go back to being able to click on the item when using it in Walmart pickup and it would automatically take me to the item(s). It sure was a lot easier for some of us older folks. Its not a deal breaker but the other was was super easy. I guess it does save me money since I always forget what Ibotta has the rebates on and it takes a lot longer to look at the deals checked and then type them in at Walmart search. All in all I like it.
