Ibotta is the best extension to use when shopping online at Walmart. You can choose to clip the coupong at the time you add the item to your cart or you can leave the box unmarked and add your savings to your Ibotta app. Either way you know at that moment that you have a qualifying item and you don't have to wonder if you get the discount. Love Ibotta!

The browser extension is iffy. It's nice when it works right, but I used for a purchase and they never credited my account. I contacted CS and they didn't help. My advice is 1) take a screenshot when you make the purchase and 2) save the confirmation email showing the time that you mad the purchase. The browser extension seems very finicky. I often have to reactivate it when I go from page to page. Make sure it's active when you make the final purchase.

It will save money, if you use it. Even if you pop in for specific items, and don't want to get "lured" by the deals, its easy to search for the item "Pizza" just to make sure your not missing out. Customer service has always been helpful to me. There are bonuses regularly, like everyday. You could easily earn an extra 10 bucks on a stop because you happen to hit 14 offers (for example). Whats more, there are even instances when you find deals that are BOGO or Buy 1 and pay nothing. They have combos too. If you happen to hit a combo, your getting cash back and then BONUS cash back. On a final note, the items that are eligible for cash back are everyday items. Deodorant, body wash, bread, rice, beans, etc, so how can it not be useful? (Unless your rich)

It's OK but don't expect a lot back unless you spend a lot. I don't have money to waste on things I don't need so I've only gotten a few dollars back altogether. The few dollars are appreciated though no matter how small the amount.

Not impressed!!! Ibotta & Rakuten both are not user friendly and even when you have legitimate orders for items that you receive they still take money back or you never get any money for it. It's sad that these two are both supposedly advertised as so great to use but finding that they really aren't. It is extremely disappointing but hopefully someday they will improve what they do. I try to say that with some hope but I will probably get let down and I have the extension and it never shows me where I can find things cheaper.....I sure wish mine worked that way!!
