It's extremely straightforward to set up and intuitive to use. Migrating from TL'DV, I've found Fathom to be fast and responsive, even it it has to process hours of video content. The Al summaries are really good and genuinely a treat given it's all free to use, which is a steal in today's software market. Probably one of my favourite and value-generating products in my toolkit.

Fathom is a beneficial AI tool because it automatically takes down accurate notes and records the meetings without problems. I can focus on the actual call and no longer multi-task with organizing notes. Furthermore, this tool sends an excellent summary and key meeting points. This feature is fantastic and of great help since the team can have tangible written records of the actual meeting.

This tool has really transformed my client meetings. I'm able to give my full attention to the client and meeting instead of splitting my attention by trying to engage while note-taking. Fathom summaries are accurate, complete, and deal really well with industry-specific jargon and ideas. I've been incredibly happy with the tool. The Best Notetaker Period!!!! The process of shraing notes after the call is flawless. I was using Fireflies and their stupid requirement of the other person having a a paid fireflies account to watch the video recording was the last straw for me. I just wish I did I sooner, Because the note taking results are ridiculous ( in a good way) Now, when others have notetakers within the same meeting, I make a strong case for them to switch to Fathom by suggesting they compare the results from their notetaker to mine.

What do you like best about Fathom? Fathom has replaced my prior transcription tool, which cost $10/month and only did text. It's got every feature I could want, including many I didn't even know I needed until I found them! - Video recording - Transcription - Summarization - Action items (!!) I'm a huge fan - I use it every day, because it's so easy and powerful. Way to go, Fathom team! What do you dislike about Fathom? It would be nice if it was a little less obtrusive - having to bring a third "person" into my 1:1 meetings is a slight bother, but well worth it! What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a memory like a sieve, so even though I take notes, Fathom fills in the (significant) gaps in my memory. It records everything, and helps me figure out what I said I would do in each meeting.
