The desktop tool is fantastic and works wonders in helping note take. The best part of Fathom is there are no limits to the number of recordings.

The best feature for me is the unlimited cloud recording, this combined with its great AI to take notes and transcript makes it a very valuable tool to have in your daily digital setup It gives an ulimited recording space in the cloud, this is very useful, specially when a customer disputes some action taken, having this backup with an easy-to-search transcript saves us a loty of time in looking for the correct recording/minute.

"Such a time saver" What do you like best about Fathom? It's incredibly accurate in its summarization of our meetings What do you dislike about Fathom? This isn't Fathom's fault, but I dislike that meeting members don't review the notes. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? This was the easiest and most efficient AI companion and note taking tool install ever. Its intuitive, functional, non-intusive and the most useful addition to my work life ever. Our organization has implemented it and love it. I am not the tech guy at the company but the fact that I was the one to find it, try it, love it, and show its use case made the rest of the organization get on board. I highly recommend this to any organization looking to implement a non intrusive AI component to their organization.

I love that the bot joins calls automatically. It transcribes everything which is SUPER helpful! It gives AI summaries which are helpful. Their support is good. And it integrates great with zoom and Google Calendar. On top of all that, it's FREE! (with unlimited storage and recordings - unlike other similar services). They have paid plans but even the free one is great and all I need. I've had trouble recently with the bot not naming my calls. But support is super helpful and responsive. I'm sure they'll resolve it ASAP. Fathom makes it super easy for me to review what was discussed and extract information and action items from calls with ease.

"It's Allowing Me To Coach Instead of Typing..." What do you like best about Fathom? The capturing of converations with my clients is critical....but I don't always have time to review the entire. The Summaries are always spot on and with almost instanenous availability, I can share the info with my team for fast follow-up. Never a bad thing to amaze your client s with insprirations that they discoverd. It's attributes and intergration with Zoom, makes it a daily part of my business.
