Like others here, I have been a loyal Norton from my very first PC in 1984 until now, FOREVER! After each Windows Update, I have to reinstall my subscription, clean up Microsoft's mess then I go to do my Liveupdate on my security I get Red Alert, problems need fixed on a brand new top of the line desktop that is rarely used and no surfing at all. No way would I trust this Identity Safe. After buying your best program plus your WiFi VPN service for a extra 40 bucks that will only work on one phone or tablet at a time. I suppose those of us who did not purchase CORE are getting the shaft. Please go back to the service we had from early caring that kept my old XP working clean for 12 years and consider helping us that use Chrome instead of Edge.Not to mention all the ads I keep getting on my desktop to add more from Norton.
This is the worst Norton security product I have ever had the misfortune to have to pay renewal prices for. My mobile and desktop are never in sync with each other. I'm forced to constantly maintain connection to Google to operate. my toolbar for Norton is hidden even with it designated as the default. My pin and fingerprint ID is constantly blocked from my mobile app and says that I can fix by going to settings which are only available from the DT and even then there is no way to enter the pin or fingerprint from there. Have deleted and reinstalled the mobile app and nothing works like before. will not be renewing in 2019 automatically, that's for sure.
No toolbox
I tried several times, including rebooting sevearal times but the latest update 3/18 won't open in Chrome and is considered corrupted by Firefox. Great fix. Why does every upgrade cause problems with settings?
In the last version of March on Crome does not work in half of the sites where I used the previous one. It does not fill in the data, it closes continuously even if you choose to wait 45 minutes or ask for the credentials only at the beginning of the session. It does not fill in the data automatically even if you check this option. It goes a little better on explorer ..... So either you give up on Crome or Norton Identity safe. After many years of use a total disappointment.
So far the behavior of this extension hasn't been the proper. I've detected that having the extension enabled slows down sites like twitter and gmail. In general it slows down the Chrome browser.
ENOUGH SAIDIHOPE THE PROGRAM DEVELOPERS RECOGNIZE THE AFFECT THIS IS HAVING ON, WHAT USE TO BE, A VERY GOOD PRODUCT!

Norton Identity Safe does not play well with Chrome. The Identity Safe Tool Bar rarely displays on the browser.
