Have used Norton for over 10 Y This update to chrome extension took me hours to get to show up on bar even though all permissios were ok. Found old iconwas also there and when I deleted it then the new extension showed. But it is intermittent in loading data into websites it formerly recognized. I liked the old one. This is way too buggy
What happened to auto-filling the login info?
Used Norton for over a year. I just did an update and the 92 passwords I had in the Norton Identify Safe are now gone. It also will not show on the toolbar. This used to work well, now is a nightmare!! LastPass here I come. I'm finished trying to work with Norton.
wheres the tool bar? Im fighting with tool bar and Identity safe!Ive gone through the suggested fixes tool bar came up then just vanished. Come on, all these people having problems and no fix !how do I get hold of someone to help? phone #?
This new extension is a ROYAL PAIN. First, you have to sign in on line and log into Norton Account. Well, my password for Norton is in Identity Safe but you can't open safe unless you log in. Then, some web sites freeze up unless you go to extension settings and disable Identity Safe. TWO steps BACKWARDS. Don't like it. This could be a deal breaker for me when it's time to renew Norton. Hey Norton, do you see? Everyone hates this update. Give us back our old Identity Safe.
Ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen. Es WAR ein sehr gutes Tool. Nun ist es (für Chrome) nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Leiste ist weg, die Erweiterung fragt nur sporadisch ob sie neue Logins speichern soll und automatisch einloggen tut es gar nichts mehr. Ich werd mich nach was Brauchbarem umsehen.

Ich kann mich nur Hrn. Kohns anschließen: Es funktioniert gar nichts mehr!!!! Kein Login geht bei mir. Andere Browser habe ich noch nicht probiert, in Chrome funktioniert die Erweiterung nicht!!
Version 5.2.2.17 für Chrome nicht zu gebrauchen. Erkennt keine Logins mehr.
