DOESN'T WORK THE SAME! I HATE IT!!
What good is Identity Safe if I have to put in my password every time to open the vault. Quicker just to type in the site's password. The old version was better.
remove the update does not work with chrome
This has become a nightmare using Norton Identity Safe. I usually only have to sign in to Norton on my desktop it worked on I.E. & Chrome. Now you have to keep signing in and keeps filling logins you don't use! This is exactly like Edge application for Microsoft. I've been a Norton customer for 8 years now, but it's almost time to renew, I think not!!!
I absolutely HATE this mess... Why are you all FORCING us to use the Cloud Vault... I dont want to have to loginto a cloud, and I am trying its telling me my vault password is wrong and I know for a fact it is not wrong.
This is a revised review. I don't hate it, I don't like it yet. I presume it will become less buggy and work better. There is some good change and some not so good. I trust Norton can fix what doesn't work right and keep up the good work.
works when it wants to -which is never
The new Norton ID Safe Extension for Chrome works to some degree, but nowhere near as good as the old version! I have 94 logins that I can access in the old toolbar in Internet Explorer, but only 69 of these are available in the new Chrome extension. The last 2 years or more of logins are not showing in it. Very unsatisfactory!!
been using for 8+ years now this dam thing changes my logins now i have to open the program and write down all my passwords so i don,t waste hours trying to remember plus it saves all my failed login info too...GARBAGE
This part of Norton is complete trash now. I have the program running in the background outside the browser for a reason. Now they changed it so it doesn't remember any thing. Multiple logins is BS. Fix it or this is the last time we use Norton. Fire your development and testing team while you're at it, they completely screwed this up, making it unusable.
