Horrendous experience. Exam platform crashed 5 times -- was not due to my internet connection as I tested it before, and the device I used was the only device using my network. Proctors were rude, my exam time ticked down during the 5 breaks that occurred when the platform crashed. I got 2 warnings for talking and violating the exam policy when my EXAM WAS NOT OPENED/RELEASED to me in these in-between periods. Extremely, extremely frustrating and horrible experience.

for the most part, I found the system easy and simple. the only thing that really bothered me was the warning about reading the questions out loud. they sent me a message saying they will end the exam if i spoke out loud and that scared me.

I had so many issues with this system. The first time I attempted to take the exam I got an error message and was not able to continue with the exam, the 2nd time I was 3 questions in and the proctor stopped being able to see me. I had to restart my browser and start the verification process all over. I've never shared the inside of my bedroom with so many strangers before. 0/10 do not recommend.

i had multiple issues with the connection. the IT was not helpful . I did more on my own. I had to remove the cookies , PSI extension and restart a few times to get the initial connection to work. After that i got disconnected 3 times and each time had to go thru the room survey ... the overall experience was frustrating and definitely not good for taking a certification test. the proctor/s were polite

When I initially encountered login issues, the IT support representative demonstrated excellent customer service, remaining on the line until the issue was fully resolved. He communicated clearly about the process and ensured I was comfortable before ending the call, wishing me luck for my exam. The proctor was professional and thorough, carefully inspecting my environment and politely requesting the removal of any items that were not permitted. My proctor wished me luck as well! I appreciated their respectful and diligent approach, which helped set a positive tone for the exam. The exam platform itself was user-friendly, with intuitive features such as the help and time buttons that made the process even smoother. Overall, I am grateful for the seamless and supportive experience during what can often be a stressful time. Thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism and assistance.

It was clunky to use and my proctor didn't answer my questions at all. You have to minimize the top to see the questions. Took a good 5 minutes to figure that out with no help from the PSI guy. The text is small and even if you zoom in, the text does not get bigger.
