I took the online test. Terrible. I am at my desk. I have shelves in my desk. They made me remove everything from the shelves of my desk. Like what?!? It was like hair products, nail products and other things like that, that they had me take out and put onto the floor. AND I got a warning. I had no idea how to proceed to the next area, and said "Where do I go" I got a warning for that?!? Terrible. Like I am in my home at my OWN desk, why do I need to remove my personal items. It was a mirror and makeup on my desk, what does that have to do with my test. 0 stars should be deserved.

I honestly wish I could give this company ZERO stars. This was one of the most uncomfortable and stressful experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, it felt like they were antagonizing me instead of simply doing their job professionally. At one point I accidentally read something out loud after yawning, and they immediately gave me a warning like I had done something wrong on purpose. Then things got even worse. They made me show my entire room, including under my blankets, which felt extremely invasive and unnecessary. I already felt uncomfortable, but they kept pushing. They asked where my phone was, and I explained multiple times that my 3-year-old son had it downstairs. Instead of leaving it alone, they made me physically go downstairs and show them the phone anyway. After all of that, they then said that if the phone was out of the room, it was fine. So why make me do all of that in the first place? The whole interaction felt controlling, and honestly dehumanizing. Even having a bottle of water near my bed became an issue. No matter what I did, it felt like they were determined to make me feel nervous and uncomfortable. I even told the person behind the screen directly that they were making me feel anxious and uncomfortable and asked if I could speak with someone else instead. Instead of trying to help or de-escalate the situation, they basically brushed me off and told me to call a number to reschedule. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no concern for how upset I was becoming during the process. By the end of it, I felt violated, embarrassed, and emotionally drained. I will never use this company again, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before putting themselves through this experience.

I should of went in person, that was such a hassle getting checked in was simple, but when the proctor had me spending 25 minutes just to scan my room over and over. Just a waste of time moving things around that really didn't matter. Mid test I got kicked off and had to do the scan the room process again! I've never tested with a proctor and will never do that again.

Getting started was not a problem. It was the proctor that had me spend 20mins before my exam doing unnecessary things before getting started. That was very aggravating. Going through all of that and the proctor acting crazy was nerve recking. Something about that needs to change. The worse experience I had dealing with a proctor examiner.

The things the proctor had me doing is completely unacceptable. It adds more stress before taking such an important exam. I had to take my glasses of to show they were not some kind of meta glasses, I had to move my laptop so the camera would show what was under the desk exposing my legs due to me having on a dress. I had a morning protein drink on the table and I had to remove that along with a stapler, calculator, ash tray, and cigarettes, which is a stress reliever. I am in the privacy of my own home. Clearly the items listed in any way shape or form could assist me in any way of getting answers from to the test. I was even asked to remove a gold bracelet from my wrist, that I never take off because I can't because it was put on with a machine for permanent wear that singes it with no clasp. It was the necklace my husband had on when he was killed and I had it made into a bracelet. I was asked to remove my hand from my face when it only being used as a proper. We are talking 180 question test, sitting for a period of time, of course your body will become fatigue. This was ridiculous by all means!!! I was reading a question aloud to myself and was flagged for talking to myself and my test would end if it continued. Reading aloud helps understand a scenario better sometimes. Teachers read aloud to students right? Make it make sense. Extremely frustrating.

proctor picking up on the little things such as resting my face on my fist and yawning. interrupting me to ask if i was speaking, which it was just a quiet yawn. and the test was stopped when the faint noise of the garage door was opened. i was finished with my test, but reviewing the questions with the left over time. i couldn't get back into the test so i just said i was finished with it. the proctor made me rip up my unused paper, even after showing multiple times it was not used.

I spent AN HOUR with tech support trying to get this online platform to work before I could take my test. Talk about adding to stress! I have taken online tests before with no issues. My computer is brand new; the problem is the platform and not my computer. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I'm in the privacy of my room; I couldn't do any hand gestures that wasn't listed in the warning. I had to close my bathroom door like somebody was going to come out of the bathroom, and it was too much stress and aggravation of scanning the room and having coins on the floor like it was a way for me to cheat off money.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROCTOR SERVICE IF IT IS OPTIONAL *I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD* Proctor was unprofessional, slow to respond, and made repeated false accusations The proctoring experience was a nightmare from start to finish. It took a full hour just to get through the initial environment check because the proctor was extremely slow to respond — and this slow response time did not improve once the exam began. The proctor was unresponsive and delayed the entire process. Before the exam even started, I asked the proctor a question and was immediately flagged for “speaking out loud.” The proctor responded with “my apologies,” confirming the error — yet the flag remained. Once the exam began, the proctor repeatedly interrupted my test with false accusations, claiming I was “covering my face and mouth.” I was not. I was simply resting my head on my hand — something any person would naturally do during a long, high-pressure exam. My hand was not covering my face. If my hands were fully covering my face, that would be a different story — but that was not the case. Despite this, they continued to flag and interrupt me multiple times for the same unfounded accusation. I directly told the proctor that they were making it very hard for me to focus and that the constant interruptions were causing me extreme anxiety — something I am already diagnosed with. They did not help the situation. After repeatedly telling the proctor I was not covering my face, I was then flagged for looking up at the ceiling — which I was doing simply to concentrate and maintain my focus. I have already requested the recorded footage of my session. If this exam was monitored via webcam, that recording will confirm that none of these accusations were valid. The constant interruptions and slow proctor response time created unnecessary stress and ate into my testing time during an already high-pressure exam. Would not recommend this proctoring service to anyone.
