Overview

Product summary

Review the store description, core capabilities, and common use cases.

When you control your time on distracting websites, you’ll find you have far more time to focus on the things that matter most.

To use Limit, simply enter the websites you find distracting and choose a daily time limit. For example, you could limit yourself to ten minutes a day on Facebook, or half an hour a day on Duolingo.

When you approach your limit, Limit gently notifies you your time is almost up, so you can wrap up. And when you've reached your limit, you'll be directed to Freedom's calming Green Screen when you try to visit a limited website.

- You can add or delete any website from the list of sites

- Your time limit for each site is configurable, from 5 to 500 minutes

- Limit comes pre-seeded with 10 distracting sites

It's the best app for productivity and it has such a free range for times and websites. Thanks for the app. I would love a mobile version

Settings are not very useful but woks ok. When you show timer it's shows on every page not only blocked websites. It has annoying layer on every single place including localhost.

This a great tool for anyone who is distracted online, helps me be conscious of my screen time on different webpages. Would love to be able to move the timer around, sometimes I cannot see certain web page functions.

Really helpful app. I'm a lot more conscious of time spent on sites, and the hard stop on a site (after I've set a time limit) is invaluable. Only complaint: the Time Spent box on upper right can't (which is an option to show time spent for each site) can't be moved and isn't transparent. It obscures some icons on Chrome, although if you can figure out where they are, you can click on them over the box. Suggestion: make the box more transparent so users can see underneath.

Limit is great as I see myself a lot more time on Chrome - as opposed to apps. These are a few ways things can be improved - Have a quote about productivity in the page before redirect - Have a way to have different duration times during weekends - Maybe, an option to take a 5 minute break to visit the site on the limit page?

The timer only counts down for about 20 seconds after any interaction with the website, requiring a mouse motion or button press etc. This means it is absolutely useless for setting timers on streaming sites such as netflix, hulu, youtube, etc. Very disappointing.
