High Contrast lets you browse the web with your choice of several high-contrast color filters designed to make it easier to read text.
When you install this extension, all pages are "inverted", so black becomes white and white becomes black. Press the "browser action" icon in the toolbar to toggle it on and off, or customize your settings on a per-site basis. Use a convenient keyboard shortcut to quickly change your settings while your browse.
Other extensions try to change the default colors, but this ends up breaking many popular websites. Only this extension applies filters to your page that invert almost everything - the only exception is photos, which are left alone.
Also note that the Chrome web store and other built-in pages like the New Tab page and Settings pages are unaffected - extensions like this one are not allowed to modify them, by design.

Sembra l'effetto delle foto di una volta su pellicola. Non mi piace. Ma può essere un fatto del tutto personale.
Программа полезная, понравился режим "контраст". Но при включении расширение резко увеличивает высоту и ширину страницы, что есть плохо для юзабилити. Поэтому моя оценка - "2" из 5ти.
Hi there, thanks for the great addon! I am curious if there is an option to disable the high contrast for video/pictures?
Adds white space which shows on printing (60 plus pages for a single page print). Conflicts with feedly and doesn't let it load all news items on news pane.
Not is IS OK, but it WAS OK, in fact superb, until V9 created big problems for site display and for new tab opening.

1 thing to mark here. FIX the issue with the "endless width and lengh of the bars of the browser when u scroll the sites. I like the extension and it's useful but the code it's wrong it consumes WAY MORE CPU while is activated u.u
