Version 1.2.0 adds dark mode support.
Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

its simple, blank and great. thanks
The app is too limited for me. All I want to eliminate are the annoying "Frequently Visited Thumbnails"...for good! But the APP is all or nothing. Problem for me is it also disables my Entire Chrome personal Theme (I.E the Theme photo or art work, bookmark Tool bar color option and the Frame color option & Tab color option.If someone knows a way around it, I'd like to try it.

Google should hire you, because you've saved it a lot of customers who would have left otherwise with the new NTP update.
This plugin saves my day as the latest update to new tab is really annoying!
Happy with the advertised feature, but adds unnecessary and irritating advertisements through new double-underlined-links (on hovering over these links, a small frame pops up) on pages that I am browsing. And also adds an advertisement link as the first result on Google Search. DO NOT DO WHAT YOU SHOULD NOT DO! Uninstalling...
