The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.

didn't this have a report option for sites that are broken with it? Not anymore. On faaren.com, scrolling is disfunctional when it's active there.
This app no longer belongs to the original creator. Stay away from this one. Kill the 'weed' by rooting it out on the web store.

Bug: This extension invisibily prevented me from scrolling (website: https://www.socialistsanddemocrats.eu/what-we-stand-for/our-topics?topic-id=124798 ) until I disabled it. I googled to figure out the problem, and apparently this kind of bug has been happening for 7+ years.
Have removed a star as recently cookie pop-ups are back but the ability to report a failed cookie block is now hampered by broken captcha image, author's email address no longer works for contact
Seems like this extension is associated with affiliate scams redirecting certain links to their affialiate partner links to get commissions.
