The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.

Tut was es soll und das anscheinend so gut, dass ich gefühlt gar keine Cookiemeldungen mehr bekomme. In Verbindung mit Cookie AutoDelete ist mir auch egal, ob die Cookiemeldungen zustimmend oder ablehnend bearbeitet werden, nach Ende des Seitenbesuchs ist sowieso alles wieder weg.
I didn't even remember having this extension in my browser. I found it now when I'm looking for what is blocking javascripts on some webpages.
It's a really wonderful extension. I would argue it is even more useful than an Ad Blocker these days. It's the first extension I install on any new computer.
Was macht diese Erweiterung? Eliminiert sie die Pop-Ups, OHNE das Cookies gesetzt werden konnten, oder übernimmt sie einfach den Klick auf ZUSTiMMEN, um die Pop-Ups auszublenden, und die Cookies werden doch hintenrum gesetzt? Dei Rückmeldung des Entwicklers deutet darauf hin, dass alle Cookies akzeptiert werden. Schade, ich hätte mir per Standartd "Ablehnen" gewünscht.

DO NOT install this extension if you value your privacy. It will ACCEPT (almost) all Cookies automatically without you knowing. I never expected it to work that way, because that is the STUPIDEST and most dangerous way possible. What a scam.
The latest version, when this extension enabled, somwhow Pinterest page will keep reloading seconds after seconds, it never stop; I disabled this extension, then everything back to normal
Must have plugin to make the internet a bit more usable
