To provide website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics, we have developed the Google Analytics opt out Browser extension for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js).
If you want to opt out, download and install the extension for your web browser. In order to function, the opt out extension must be able to load and execute properly on your browser. Updates to your browser or operating system may affect the functionality of the opt out extension. Can't add collaborators to a google form when this add-on enabled, the popup immediately disappear, this needs to be fixed.

When I remember this extension it's always grey, like it's not working. It would be best to browse in incognito where tracking is blocked.
Gut für den Schutz vor Google Analytics. Schützt NICHT vor Tracking/Profiling im Allgemeinen.
Finally something that works!! Checked on Chrome and Brave!!
So I installed this extension again. But when I look at extension bar (lack of better wording (in the right corner were the extension appears)) I notice that this extension is grey as if its not "on". When I click manage extension, the slide is blue and says that the extension is active. How do I interpreting that? When any other extensions if turned off, show grey in the list and actually says its off.
