With this extension you can easily search for text you have selected. When some text is selected you can left click the selected text to get a popup where you can choose a search engine to search with.
In the options page you can customize the look of the menu, which mouse button that should activate the menu, which search engines to show, and a lot of other things.

When you install this extension you will get a warning that this extension can:
"Access your data on all websites."
This is needed because the code for the popup-menu needs to be added to every website for it to work.

Спасибо за полезное расширение. Недавно пропала синхронизация настроек, и при переустановке каждый раз все нужно настраивать заново (
I wanted a search tool that you can use by just pressing shortcut keys. But this is so frustrating to use. Does the keyboard + mouse activation even work? I tried many combinations but none of them worked for me. At least add a setting for touch pad users.
Najlepszy dodatek w swojej klasie. Bardzo funkcjonalny i bardzo przydatny. Ma jedną z najważniejszych funkcji, a mianowicie obsługuje wyszukiwarki typu "POST" co jest dużym atutem, gdyż Chrome nie obsługuje tego typu i większość testowanych tego typu dodatków. Z całą pewnością polecam.

The most customizable multi-search extension bar none! Other search extensions either have limited options (i.e not being able to multisearch with one button, no selection popup) or cumbersome interface for adding and arranging search engines. This extension has a host of features including the ability to customize the CSS of the selection popup, separate or disable the context menu search engine list, and a very organized and intuitive options page. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! I've tested just about every search extension available and this is the only one that works exactly s I need it to. The only thing I would add is an ability to search submenus, like if you want to price compare or locate something, it will search all the sites under a 'shopping' or similar submenu.
