使用0.3.3版本，发现在关闭标签页回到左侧标签时会先到右侧标签闪一下再回左侧，这里是否可以优化一下，开的标签页多的时候，这里经常容易卡顿
"New tab position" = "Right of current tab" no longer work for me on the latest Chrome on Linux
Pretty good, but the biggest thing missing is the option to activate the invoking tab upon closing the current tab.

A simple, lightweight, effective extension that does exactly what it claims. Installed for the first time on 07/29/2025 and it works perfectly for me. EDIT: Never mind, initially open on right worked but now all of a sudden it doesn't, later in the same day.
Was a 5-star extension until it stopped working in the past couple of days (as Alexandr mentioned)
Until recently, the extension often jumped to one tab to the right, then to the left (for example, it opened a new one not on the right, but through one on the right). After updating Chrome today to version: 138.0.7204.169 (Official build) (64 bit), the extension stopped working completely. The advice from the previous review helped - reinstall. But now almost always when closing a tab, the tab is not activated on the left, but through one on the left (1 window jumps). In addition to the main review: Reinstallation helped for a short time, after a couple of hours the tabs again began to open at the end, and not on the right as configured. :(

Filenames starting with " " are reserved for use by the system. 感谢作者开发该软件！！！ 在Chrome升级之后（Chrome版本：138.0.7204.169） 以下功能失效 New tab position（ Right of current tab） 新标签位置（在当前标签页右侧功能） 执行的是（last） -------------------------- 作者你好 感谢回复 重装套件直接解决了在当前标签页右侧打开新标签页功能失效的问题 确认设定是我想要的 但同时出现了新问题 设置如下 Activate tab after active tab closed Right of closed tab 理论上应该是这样运行的 打开YouTube 打开Y5 Y4 Y3 Y2 Y1 5个YouTube网页 在Y2 旁边打开Google G5 G4 G3 G2 G1 5个Google链接 关闭Google的时候 按理打开G5 实际打开的G1 而且关闭G1 激活是G2 依次G3 G4 G5 打扰了
