数年前よりは改善されたとも思うがmacユーザーとしては結局winと2台持ちしないとならない場面が出てきてしまう。 例えばmacでも色々使えるようになったようなので、それにて進めていたが最終的にカードリーダーが必要な局面でwin対応のものしか持っておらず結局winを引っ張り出して手続きを進めることになった。ちなみにカードリーダーなんてeLTAXでしか使わないので数年前にこのために購入したようなもので、その時にはmacでは何もできずwin用のカードリーダーをわざわざ購入していた... winのchromeでは使えてmacのchromeでは使えないのもややこしいと感じた。 カードリーダーがないとマイナンバーカードが読み込めないようだがスマホとの連携でできるようにしていただきたい。 macで途中までやってダメ、winに保存ファイル送ってやりなおし、その過程で両機に事前準備のアプリケーションをダウンロードなどかなり時間を取られるので疲れてしまう... 「最初だけ」「月一のこと」なのかもしれないけれど、大切ではあるが事業の主要業務に集中するためにできるだけスムーズに済ませたいと思い使っているので頑張っていただきたい。

星マイナス。 これこそ時間の無駄。 分かりづら過ぎる極致。 ワンステップワンステップ説明してあっても、次々細かな作業手順が出てきて、（それ通りにやっても時折画面の出方も違う） まず新規にIDを取得すべく作業をはじめてから既に２時間経過。ふざけんなよ どこが、”便利で簡単”だよ。逆に猥雑過ぎて困らせる気満々じゃねーかよ ほんと、誰かのコメントであったがいろんな意味で【無能が作ったシステム】。利用者が迷惑被るだけ。 利便性を求めてサイトからクレカ払いしたいのに、一度役所へ行けだと？ だったらそのままそこらへんの金融機関やコンビニに行って支払い済ませた方がはるかに楽だし、 ネット上で情報を不正に取られる心配もないわ。 こんなのに無駄な税金使ってんじゃねー！！ ほんと、このサイトやシステムには、ふざけんなよ、と徐々に怒りがふつふつと湧き上がってくる仕様でしかない。 ただの”簡単・便利”とは真逆の時間と労力を奪うだけの悪サイト PC操作が不慣れとか機械に疎い人には絶対に勧めないどころか、 ある程度PC作業経験がある自分ももう、使わないことにした。嫌気につぐ嫌気。 時間と労力を奪うだけの最悪なサイト。

固定資産税の納付に使おうかと思って入れてみたが、説明がおそろしくわかりにくい。操作も複雑すぎる。利用する自治体と税目をひとつひとつ追加しなければならない。最後は、「「申込用紙印刷」ボタンをクリックし、金融機関への申込用紙を印刷してください。申込用紙印刷後、金融機関届出印を押印し、金融機関へ郵送してください。」と表示され、銀行に郵便で利用申請しなければならないと判明し、あきれて使うのをやめた。幸い納付書のバーコードがPayPay対応だったので、それで簡単に済ませられた。こんな面倒なものを使う人がいるのだろうか。
