一つ、一つやるステップを選択させて行やり方でないと、わからない。いき詰まって,堂々巡り。 このソフト、0点です。
はじめて電子申告の「eLTAX」を利用するには複雑すぎて簡単に導入できないと思います。 ◎マイナンバーカードを所有している。 ◎既に国税の「e-Tax」で電子申告をしていて税務に精通している。 ◎PCを普段から使い慣れている。 このような条件を満たしていないと簡単には導入出来ないシステム造りです。 当方は以前から国税の「e-Tax」で電子申告していたので、動画の説明を見て導入することができました。
プラグインをインストールしてもセットアップが必要ですという画面にしかいかない。無駄な税金を使って無駄な時間を使わせる無能が作成しているシステム。一回全部なくして、人間も挿げ替えてやり直した方がいい。頭の悪い人間が何を作ろうと無駄。
いくらやっても事前準備未完了になってプラグインのインストールに戻らされる。 なんだかわかりづらいマニュアルだし、使うのは無理ですね。時間の無駄でした。 eLTAXが使えるようになれば便利なのかもしれませんが、これが普及するとはとても思えない。
プラグインをインストールしてもしても、インストールしろとポップアップが出てきて個人カードの登録ができません。もう諦めます。自治体って民間のレベルの10分の１くらいですね。就職しやすそう
何度挑戦しても使えない、複雑すぎて何十回も同じことをしても前に進まない。 本当に使えてる人がいるのか疑ってしまいます。もっと簡単にしないと結局 様式をダウンロードして何か所も提出に行かないとダメになっている。 無駄な時間を過ごしました。
毎年挑戦していますが、いまだeltaxを利用できたことがありません。使えている人、。使いかたを教えてください。(笑)

このプラグインというよりeltaxについてですが利用あきらめました。excelで簡単なマクロを触る程度にはITスキルを持っており、税務手続きも紙でやってきたため知識がありますがこれはひどいですね。。このプラグインをインストールした次に進めません。 必要以上に複雑な各種申告書同様、国税OB税理士に仕事を依頼させるための仕様でしょうか。 これ以上悩む時間が無駄なのでこれまで通り紙の申告書を郵送します。というより悩んだ時間のコストはどこに請求すればよいですか（苦笑） こんな状態で電子申告義務化なんて冗談はやめてくださいね。 eTaxがマシに感じるなんて相当なものだと思いますよ。。。
