I'm in the group of people who cant get it to work at all on chrome. I don't use firefox anymore and want something stable for chrome. Please tell us what we are doing wrong?
Use this daily. Turn it ON when needed, Off when not.
I gave five stars but it's more like 4.75 stars. I love this thing minus the few glitches that come along with it. Sometimes the "on" indicator stays on after closing the browser even though it's off and then clicking it four times is needed. Also, when looking at some loan words on some sites, it gets confused. Even though most loan words are derived from English or English-sounding words, it's not always the case and it would be nice to just know. Although, overall, I love this, and it's great to have. It's been a lifesaver when reading emails too.
NEED to turn on\off to work on Win7 Chrome x64 to work sometimes and wait 15+ SECONDS to work on an i5 Intel processor quad-core but it is a good extension when it does work. PLEASE fix so it does work instantly upon boot. GREAT APP OTHERWISE!!! :D looking forward to advancement! twitter: @Codeine_Bourbon :) very good that it handles conjugation of verbs and recognizes such when it sees it. Very impressed!
great extension, easy to use
Very useful when reading news articles online in Japanese!
the UI is not beautiful!
A possible feature for future updates could be that it would show the romaji as well?
I really love this extension. It gives the amount of help I want when I'm stumbling through a translation. I only want for a keyboard shortcut to quickly enable and disable it (since it can get in the way when browsing a page).
Great app, I've been using it for years
