I wish I could answer calls with this. Wish I didn't have to be signed into gmail to know when I am receiving a call or to place a call using my Google number.
Works mostly ok, but "Turn phone numbers on websites into click to call links." is either picky on the number format or not working right. It would be great if we could "select" a number (+xx xx xxx) and right-click .. select "dial +xx xx xxx" and it would dial it without trying to "filter" the numbers. Basically for most numbers "call to click" does not work.
Solid App. Reliable and very useful. Permit resizing of the bubble for width and length. When using pop-out, only the width resizing works, but not the length resizing. Provide for font and font size changes. Provide access to the phone number settings (to set call forwarding). In the text tab -- keep the information in the boxes even if I switch tabs or close the bubble. -- show the previous two messages. -- show the name instead of or with the phone number. (Who knows the numbers these days?) Provide a link to get to this app page in the right-click-on-button menu. Thanks for listening.
This is fantastic. I love being able to check voice messages and to check and send text from my computer but the best part is getting an almost instant written transcript of messages. Much faster, easier and quieter than actually listening to them.
It attempts to call me first, (why!?) and fails. Expected behavior: Pops open the same little dialog that gmail uses and just makes the call. Uninstall.
Great idea. Love the highlight w/ popup to call feature. However, trying to actually make that call fails miserably. Even w/ gmail window open I can't call with google talk, and it selecting the other option (my phone) doesn't work either as it doesn't call me at all (though a friend told me that it appeared to call them with the call!).
I really like the extension and Google Voice. However, can the extension be adapted to receive calls and ring during incoming calls without being online on Gmail.
Great extension normally, but currently crashing Chrome beta (16.0.912.59).
It causing my Chrome 16.xxxxx browser to crash and become unresponsive!
Best extension ever!!
