Google Voice is a great tool.
I really like this extension. So useful and simple.
Most recent chrome update breaks Google Voice extension. Spaces between area code and exchange are now deciphered as "%20" and render the click-to-call unusable.
Used to be great but now it is not allowing me click to call.
Click to call has stopped working. What is going on?
Love it. Very handy with my headphones & mic. But when you hover over a phone number it says "call with google voice". I click the # but nothing happens. Whats up with that guys? Jim
WHO/WHAT RUINED THIS EXTENSION?? Used to be able to hover over phone number, click to call -- now, click and it does nothing!
Handy to send text messages direct through browser without opening a new tab. Not much else to brag about. My biggest peeve with this app is it won't allow voice calls via Google Talk, Hangouts or whatever rehashed title may apply today.
The extension used to be easy, quick and reliable. Now it's several clicks and a whole new tab to make the call. It's just short of awful, mostly because of how easy it used to be. NOTE: using "legacy" voice doesn't change the efficiency of the extension.
For years, this was a great extension. Now it's virtually useless. Hangouts calling doesn't work. Right click to call doesn't work. Hyperlinked phone numbers don't work. This is, essentially, a dead extension walking. Google...update or remove from Chrome Store!
