The problem that we have is that I cancelled my account to add it to my husbands account and actually rang their IT team and they said its all fixed now. I still get up sell notifications and also telling me Im not protected. It drives me insane every time I turn on my laptop. Then I start to worry that Im not protected even though I waste 30 mins going into nortons app to chck that it is protected ,once I get in to my account it starts again telling me to suscribe. arghhhhh

Your services is not worthy of one star setting this up this year has giving me no end of stress despite enter the product code and following all on screen instruction and updating app when login still not showing i am protect so keep repeating setup and always trying to con money out of you with auto renewal or other services i am sick to death with this i know how to turn of auto renewal but i what to set this up easily without Norton turning to give me a heart attack. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS NEXT YEAR NORTON I.E. SET UP IS EASY WELL CONTACT ME NORTON A HUMAN WOULD BE NICE YOU HAVE MY NUMBER.

I agree, at one time i was spending over $350 per year on double protection because every time Norton sent me a warning that I was not protected I would buy. Finally I called tech support and they were able to identify that I had 2 of the same accounts and double protected yet my credit card kept getting charged.

Over promising and under delivering in my opinion. Customer service is truly lacking and their virtual assistant is poor at this time all my opinion. Too many cracks in their performance and I agree with others they are trying to nicke and dime you to death. If I wanted to spend my time doing Norton's job I would not use their services. When my soon to end contract expires I will l will be a former customer.

Se tento fazer buscas de assuntos fiscais e contábeis, o resultado da busca apresenta respostas de sites não oficiais, que simplesmente não atende a necessidade de acesso para a solução dos questionamentos. Esses sites apresentam assuntos superficiais e as normalmente equívocos técnicos e jurídicos. Por isso não uso.
