Estão cada vez mais complicando a aplicação do Norton. Sou usuário cativo há mais de 20 anos. Nunca tive problemas de proteção. Atualizamos, confiando na idoneidade do Norton. As versões e complementos estão cada vez mais caros. Entretanto, essas novas versões e funções do aplitativo deixam-nos sem condições de avaliar quais os benefícios que efetivamente nos oferecem com tão alto custo.
JÁ PAGO PELAS SOLUÇÕES. DEVERIAM FAZER AUTOMATICAMENTE E NÃO ADICIONAR NOVAS FERRAMENTAS PAGAS. ABSURDO NORTON.
Norton is constantly asking me to upgrade or add on this or that. I have been a customer for several years but this is my issue with them. Also at every renewal, I need to contact them about prices that are ridiculous for the current customers and half the price or less at Staples or Office supply stores.
I just read two reviews that captured my frustration with Norton. Norton's constant upsale and scare tactics. And not being able to get any help from the Norton organization most of the time. That is my experience as well. I like core Norton which I consider its protection from bad actors and its password manager and its Utilities. I hate its browser and its search. Norton asks to have all extensions installed, but they have some inferior extension--not all but some
It is ok until you have a problem. Trying to solve a problem is a nightmare. Every time I turn on my VPN my internet connection is turned off. The on line advice is no use and it became impossible to contact anyone at Norton to help me with this. Could not email them or phone them and although they said they would phone me back they never bothered . Very poor customer support.
It really sucks having to pay for add-ons that they scare you into buying. Extortion!!
I don't see what I am paying for. I have to pay for additional services with my bill total being well over $300. If this ala Carte service continues I won't continue
I paid about $300,forNortons Ultimate protection for 1 year. And still got pop-ups saying i needed to RENEW the same portection.it is disappointing.
i am tired of being ask to pay more to continue to enjoy norton after having bougth the service for one year
Never again. The a la carte services you are required to buy to just make the system work is a scam. You will pay over $150 to get basic Norton and Utilities, then even with that, you are prompted to buy more and more to do what the basic services should offer. I've had them for years but between this aggressive selling and not offering a comprehensive product for the very high rate they charge plus the constant pop-ups trying to get to you add and buy, it drives me insane.
