This used to be a very good extension. Not perfect, by any means, but quite helpful. The most recent updated has just turned this into Yahoo's Safe Search. It's worthless. It simply changes your default search engine. No longer does it show you what is "safe" in a search on Google.
simple but perfect
I use Norton Life lock 360. I purchased it becasue it will protect many devices at once. I just receveid a message from my husbands IT professional at his office that I need to check my email as something isn't right. I am not certain why this happened but this is for another review as I am still looking into it. As for this Norton Safe Search Chrome extension. Total garbage. I hate the fact that it removes my default search engine to yahoo. Very unimpressed with that.
there used to be a time when I thought Norton were the good guys but they seem to have chosen to follow the bad guys and just become nag-ware

It worked fine at the start with chrome but now it keeps getting corrupted and isn't doing anything good for me!
