Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.
Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

GREAT EFF
good!
I would rate 5 stars, but chrome keeps telling me that it's slowing down my browser. If this is normal please tell me because no matter what I won't uninstall this extension, but it would be nice if someone could help me with this. Other than that, this extension is a must have for everyone.
Causes quite a bit of issues unfortunately. Google Hangouts isn't working anymore (both video calls and the chat functionality in Google+), just like Google Drive is broken (downloads don't work anymore). Also, Chrome is telling me that Badger is slowing down the browsing experience, so I have to disable it completely for now. Giving 3 stars because the concept is nice and I can see enabling it again when the detection works better.

I am constantly getting errors from chrome saying "Warning: This extension is slowing down Google Chrome. You should disable it to restore Google Chrome's performance."
Works on a lot od sites esp the 60 to 70 tracker sites but google is having a fit. Warning: This extension is slowing down Google Chrome. You should disable it to restore Google Chrome's performance.
Facebook lässt sich nicht sperren, wird immer wieder auf Aktiv/Grün gesetzt! :-/ Weiterhin stürzt das Add-On ab, wenn mehr als eine Seite über Privacy Badger Optionen -> Benutzerfilter Einstellungen geändert wird
