Love this extension, its really helped to save me a lot of money! I like that it tells you when a lower price is found elsewhere. Ive used that option quite a few times now. I also like that it reminds you to activate for cash back and tells you the % you will earn on your purchases. When on Walmart it reminds me of the coupons I have selected and/or are offered right on the item itself. Great money saving tool! Highly recommended.

Why does this extension or company need a birthday to sign up? With all the credit fraud online and the theft of personal info from companies not protecting your data, why in the world do you need this ?? Find another question or anything else that is not personal! If any response from the developer adds we protect your data, you cannot guarantee this, nor can anyone else! I am choosing to uninstall the app for this sole reason!

I'm not impressed with the extension. Only certain stores are covered by the extension. Target works for me. QVC doesn't. It's sort of hit and miss, so frustrating. If all the store in the app were on the extension it would be great. As it is, meh.

In the beginning the extension struggled picking up my HEB online receipts but I haven't had any problems lately, also, it always finds my wal-mart online purchases and I love the compare feature that pops up now and that any available coupons show up on the sites where I shop. I also have never had a problem when contacting customer service and they have always rectified my account, you just have to give them a little bit of time to get to it. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I used to like the chrome extension. I used to have no problem with getting my credits but now it just does not work. I don't want to reach out everytime I am not getting my cash back. It is just a hassle. I am really considering disabling it and sticking with Rakuten.
