Love it! I usually do grocery pickup from Walmart. By linking my accounts, Ibotta & Walmart work seamlessly together. I usually get my cashback notification in less than 24hrs. This is one of my favorite Chrome extensions.

I use IBOTTA everyday on my phone, however it's nice having the browser extension for when i shop on my laptop. I've not had any problems with the app or extension.

The old version had it's issues in my Walmart Online but those were traded in for different issues in the new version. I love that it wants to work for me -saving money. It's just always in the way of the stupidest thing Walmart could have done when they updated that little Cart/Check Out section (grocery pickup) that gets in the way of the minimized Ibotta, also on the right side of my screen. In fact, I tried repeatedly this week to add to my grocery cart but since the Ibotta was minimized, instead of going to the Walmart Cart, it went to a listing for Ibotta nail polish. I finally just turned it off and forfeited my chance of coupons and Walmart % on those few additional items. Please add back the option to move it to the left or right of the desktop computer screen (Browser). The minimizing of it was a real PLUS but not the location -too close to the Walmart Cart section.

I like using the ibotta but the extension on the laptop really is funny. It never gives cash back most of the time but occasionally it will. It always jumps up when visiting/shopping on sites that have ibotta cash back its a bit annoying because in the end even tho I activate it i never received the cash back. Also don't get me started on Instacart it says couldn't link account so the have been having problems I hear but thought that would of been fixed by now. I will be happy when this issue is resolved, other than that I like the app and the company is great and will help when there is a problem they are always quick to respond and have excellent customer service.

I am new to the idea of platform like Ibotta and added the extension when I signed up. One of my New Year goals is to put some effort into ways to save or get money back. So far when I have had the alerts pop up on computer while shopping, it works great and has both saved and made me money.

I only installed this extension because they bought up OctoShop. It is more difficult to use and very annoying. Once I finally purchase a NVidia RTX video card I am getting rid of this extension.

Appears to be seamless on most sites but Doordash has a problem where the credits are not being applied. Customer service wanted e to send this then send that. Way to Much work for the small credit. It is very sad that it is not auto tracking like other sites for DoorDash.
