While I love using ibotta and I appreciate that the extension is helping me saving more, it's honestly crashing more sites than it's helping me with. Every time I try to click on an item, it goes to the next item on the list that has an ibotta cashback. Sometimes even hitting the Walmart homepage from elsewhere on the site will take me to a random Purple Carrot frozen meal because it has $1 back! I don't get it, but I don't like it.

This was forced on me after Ibotta bought Octoshop. This app is extremely annoying. RIP Octoshop. I wish you were never bought; I can't deal with Ibotta because of so many annoying pop-ups to things I don't care about.

I used the Octoshop plugin to track in-stock availability and it worked flawlessly, but I was forced to migrate to Ibotta after they acquired Octoshop. This plugin just doesn't work. I get notifications of in-stock items, but I can't view or see them because the app freezes and doesn't open. Looking for another platform.

This extension has saved me so much time and money! I love that it recommends items I'm looking at on other sites for a lower deal elsewhere. Love that I can get cash back for my online purchases now instead of having to do it through my phone like pre-extension days. Overall glad they finally brought out the extension.

I had this extension a long time ago and got rid of it. I don't really care for coupons and cashbacks or the hassle related to them, and I hate extensions that make me sign up for things. Well recently I got OctoShop for restocking and just got a message that has made my heart sink, essentially Ibotta acquired Octoshop and now it's integrating into the main app; which means I'm forced to deal with Ibotta again if I want to keep up with what's in stock. I just feel sick right now over. All my favourite stuff gets acquired by companies I can't stand and then I've gotta choice to stomach the B.S or find an alternative. Disappointed.

This extension has not worked for me since I added it to chrome, the only thing that works is my walmart account but that is linked through the app so that's probably the only reason for that. Every time I submit a request for help, they can't find the receipt or they say the offer has expired. Some of them just close the case without resolution. I am deleting this extension because I shop online often and have not got anywhere with Ibotta. I should have plenty of cash back by now but I do not and they will not help.

I have the Ibotta app and it works like a wonder, but the extension doe not give you cash back at all! Ive been doing several shopping trips, clicking on the 1% cash back, but not once have received the cash back. Ive logged in, used the extension, clicked on the offer, etc, but cannot get any cash back?
