Doens't work. Deleted.
The extension doesn't even work. I try to open it and it will not launch or let me sign in. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, etc and it just doesn't work at all. It is useless if you cannot log in or access anything. I've used the Ibotta app for a long time but the extension is utterly useless
The extension only worked once, and then stopped. I tried to make a second purchase using the extension and it says I have "another cash back site or extension open", which I do not. I logged out, uninstalled the extension, closed out of chrome, loaded chrome, re-downloaded the extension, logged in and it's still having the same pop-up message. Waited a day, rinse and repeat. Literally the only reason I downloaded the extension is because my app glitched and hasn't been able to load for a few weeks now. Really bummed, I have like $200 saved up that I can't even redeem now :(
very disappointing!
Initially, when this extension was started, I used it and enjoyed it, but it suddenly stopped popping up on the partner websites so I stopped using it, then today I decided to click on the grey ibotta extension on my browser, I did it like 10 times before it turned actve and was able to use it.
It used to work, but now it won't work on websites that Ibotta lists as accepting the Chrome extension. I can't get a response from Ibotta technical support either despite submitting two tickets. I've tried on two different computers and the extension simply will not work.
I've had this extension for a couple months now and it doesn't seem to do anything other than say it's detected another extension. FYI there isn't another extension so that's been annoying and I plan to delete it.
Not working. Add Payment button isn't engaging and the customer service people, don't even bother reading the requests for help.
Doesn't work! Can't verify - full of glitches. C'mon guys!
This would be awesome if it worked! This extension worked for me 1 time and no longer works. What's up with that?
