Constantly freezing and disconnecting, proctor constantly losing video and audio. Costing me money as until i pass this proctored exam i do not get my raise. Terrible extension.
terrible online! it don't work don't waste your time
Was 30 minutes early waiting for launch button to be accessible, which wasn't until 15 minutes before scheduled time. once i downloaded the psi extension app, my test would not load and it said server is down. tried contacting anyone and never got to someone. this is the worst thing ever! And the fact they recommend this as their best way to get test done.
Horrible loading times, little to no guidance/help with technical difficulty, and couldn't find my camera despite my computer passing the pre screening test. Awful, awful software.

Unable start my exam after downloading the extension. Also unable to do to live chat. I even logged in 30 minutes before the start time of 8am
DO NOT TAKE UR EXAM ONLINE. this had me waiting 2+hours for a proctor that never got connected to me. They said i was absent for the exam when this trash extension just failed to work and start my exam. I had to call PSI myself to get my exam reimbursed. I will schedule my exams in person from now on.
Junk program that doesn't work. Support is useless. Waited over 3 hours to take a test and was never connected to a proctor.
I agree with every review written. TERRIBLE EXTENSION. complete non sense. I experienced everything the other reviews have posted. logged in 30 minutes early, downloaded extension; "cannot launch exam try again later" for 45 minutes while on hold with PSI.
I cant to launche my test, PSI is not working, I cant take my test
