After completing all the steps to allow PSI to proctor my exam, it still doesn't work. I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for tech support. This is beyond ridiculous and companies do not need to use this service to proctor the exam.
This is a terrible website I had an 8:00 pm appt to take my exam I hit Launch but nothing happens. Where and who is my proctor? This is very poor.
I've been waiting to take my exam and it is not launching.
I have been logged in for over an hour. Could not launch the exam until 30 mins prior to start time. I followed the instructions for day of exam and never got to launch the actual exam. Poor system!
This is the second time I've tried to take my exam. The first time the computer version of my macbook air was too old. Now the PSI Bridge online proctoring extension DOES NOT WORK. It's been 3 months and I still can't take my exam. All of these reviews are true, the extension doesn't work, and it's horribly organized. Such a waste of time and money. I missed my exam AGAIN. IT MAKES YOU PUT 1 STAR BUT THIS IS NEGATIVE 5 STARTS. 0 STARS. NEVER AGAIN. WORST TESTING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE.

Very difficult and caused a lot of problems. I was unable to do my exam.
I have many experience taking online testing with webcams and lockdown browser and this was 1000% the worst program you can download. Slow (You will not start your exam on time! I and many others were an hour and a half late to start an Exam), weird requirements (can't even take a sip of water without them flagging you), slow, slow slow, unclear instructions, system just looks outdated, not a nice experience to take a test. Just take your test in person if the other option is PSI online. You will save so much time.
This was such an awful experience. Not only did it make me an hour late to my exam, once I finally was able to get in, it booted me out. I tried to relaunch it multiple times, reached out to customer service and live chat and nobody could help me. It was incredibly frustrating and made this an awful testing experience. Will be taking my test in person.
